ABOUT UNION PACIFIC UNION PACIFIC COFFEE COMPANY began as a conceptual idea in 2004 with the desire to create a better coffee house for people to enjoy in a warm atmosphere. After scouring numerous locations in the lower mainland and Vancouver Island, Union Pacific Coffee Company opened its doors at its first and flagship location in Victoria in February of 2006. Union Pacific is situated in the up and coming design district of downtown Victoria in one of the newly revitalized Chinatown alleyways know as "Dragon Alley". This unique architectural setting of brick and beam construction gives Union Pacific its foundation of it's character location.
